Serving San Diego online
01 — Who this is for
More time for your customers.
- Neighborhood businesses routing questions to the right person
- Clubs and member groups answering repeat questions about fixtures or events
- Independent practices and studios handling inquiries between appointments
- Owners who need control of their tools and a clear support arrangement
02 — What it sounds like
The work your team keeps repeating.
“Every inquiry lands with me, even when someone else should reply.”
“Members ask the same fixture questions each week.”
“A customer sends the details again because we cannot find the first message.”
“We need to know who checks the system after launch.”
03 — What we can build
Take a repeated task off the list.
01
Missed-call follow-up
Send an approved text back and assign a callback task to your team through a supported phone and messaging service.
02
Follow-up and reminders
Acknowledge a new lead, prompt the next reply and send appointment reminders. Agree on timing and when messages should stop.
03
Less copying and compiling
Move customer details between your tools without retyping. Send inbox requests to the right person and collect the records for a weekly report.
04
Answers to repeat questions
Ada, your AI assistant, answers from approved business information. Give customers a way to reach your team when they need a person.
05
Video marketing
Create a commercial or product ad around your message. Concept, production, editing and campaign versions are quoted per project.
06
Setup and ongoing care
Get a written build quote and an optional care agreement for named workflows, checks, fixes and agreed changes.
A film for your next campaign.
Help customers understand your offer with a commercial or product ad. Bring a message and a target placement; we will work through the video marketing brief and quote with you.
04 — Examples to scope in San Diego
Fewer manual steps. Clearer follow-up.
Look for the task that costs your team time each week. The goal is less manual work and lower operating costs. We scope the steps around your tools and the person responsible for the next action.
01
Send the right details to the right team
Scope an inquiry path for a neighborhood service business. Agree the fields and the person who replies. Start with 1 route, then test receipt and failure handling.
02
Answer from the club’s information
Ada can use approved information about events, fixtures or membership. A person owns the updates and handles questions outside the source content.
03
Keep the handoff visible
Map the step where an inbox message becomes someone’s task. A CRM connection or reminder is quoted separately after checking the tools and account access.
04
Keep the website useful
Supporting web work can organize service pages or a club archive. OMBAC’s case shows a match-day page, fixtures and club history. Its website is available to inspect.
05 — How we work online
4 steps from task to handoff.
Step 01
Map one task
Show us 1 task that takes too much staff time. We trace repeated entries, delayed replies and handoffs before choosing the first workflow.
Step 02
Agree on the scope
Check the tool connections. Agree the steps, price and timeline in writing. Name the person who handles the next reply and what happens if a send fails.
Step 03
Build and test
Test the agreed workflow with sample calls, bookings or records. Check missing fields, failed sends and repeat events before it goes live.
Step 04
Hand over and support
We show your team how to use the workflow and when to step in. Keep access in your own accounts, with monitoring and repairs defined in your support quote.
06 — Website work
Website work connected to San Diego.
These cases show website delivery. Each keeps its client or concept label. They do not report measured results from full automation workflows.

Client work2026
OMBAC Rugby
San Diego rugby club, est. 1954 - static build on Vercel
The seventy-year-old San Diego rugby club, online properly: a match-day home page, a fixture hub, a full senior squad, a decade-by-decade archive back to 1954, a USA Eagles alumni wall, a youth pathway, and a join form that reaches a volunteer.

Concept demo
Shakespeare Pub & Grille
Concept demo - British pub, San Diego
An unsolicited concept demo for San Diego's oldest British pub: a six-page site where the tap wall, the quiz calendar and tonight's special are data rather than pages, and the home page tells you what is on before you have scrolled.
Self-directed concept demo. Not commissioned, not reviewed by the business, and not a client.
07 — Scope and price
A scope and a quote before we build.
Automation is scoped and quoted around the work you need done. Ongoing care and video projects are quoted separately. Ada on an existing site is $299 to build, then $39 a month. A custom website with up to 5 core pages starts at $449, plus $29 a month for hosting and care. Website + Ada is from $699 to build, then $59 a month. Larger archives, rosters or catalogs are counted and quoted separately.
Automation setup and monthly care get separate quotes. Video is quoted by project. Both are separate from the published website and Ada plans.
Supporting service
Need a better website, too?
- A custom site with up to 5 core pages
- Layouts drawn for your business, built on Next.js and hosted on Vercel. A CMS lets you edit hours, prices and contact details. You supply the copy and images.
- Clear business information
- Your real service area and hours in page content and structured data. We use an address only when it is yours. Local search work can support the site.
- Tested before launch
- Mobile, keyboard and screen-reader checks are part of the website build. The design includes 2 rounds of revisions. Hosting and care are covered by the chosen plan.
08 — Questions
Questions about the work.
- Why work with Carlsbad AI online?
- We start with 1 task and agree on the steps in writing. You can review the scope and quote before work starts. You keep the accounts and access; the support arrangement defines who checks the work after launch.
- Can we keep our current CRM?
- That is the starting point. We check what it can connect to before quoting. A website form, Ada and a CRM are separate parts; adding one does not automatically connect the others.
- Is OMBAC a real client?
- Yes. The club adopted the website after seeing our unsolicited concept. It includes fixtures, a squad page and an archive back to 1954. Shakespeare Pub remains a concept demo. These website cases report no measured automation results.
- Do you still build websites?
- Yes. Websites and local search remain supporting services. We publish the website plan prices. We use real neighborhood and service details; we do not guarantee rankings for citywide searches.
- Who owns the work and the accounts?
- You do. Workflows use your own accounts; you keep access. Website code and the domain are yours, with hosting and analytics in your name. The repository transfers on request. Your quote defines support. The monthly website fee covers hosting and care.
