03 — Add-ons

Things outside a plan, quoted before we start.

We would rather say “that is extra, here is the number” up front than discover it halfway through. None of these are required.

    Beyond the five core pages. Quoted per page before we start, so it never appears on an invoice as a surprise.

  • Copywriting

    We edit and structure what you supply as standard. Writing it from scratch — interviews, drafts, revisions — is quoted separately.

  • Photography and video

    We will art-direct and place what you have. Shooting new material is a separate engagement.

  • Analytics dashboard

    One view of traffic, calls, and form fills across your tools. Useful once there is enough traffic to read.

  • Ad creative

    Static and video cuts to platform spec, with variants to test. Priced per campaign.

  • Migrations and integrations

    Moving off Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress, or wiring a booking or CRM system. Scoped after we look at what you have.

04 — Website and Ada ownership

You own the code, content and keys.

The repository, design files, content and accounts are yours. You can ask us to hand them over at any point. Use this list to check what you can take with you.

If you add Ada
You own its configuration and conversation data. Check how to access that data and keep the content Ada answers from. Ask what would be needed to keep Ada running after handoff.

The monthly fee pays for hosting, updates, monitoring, support and small changes. If you cancel, those services and any Ada usage on our account stop. You keep the build and can host it elsewhere.

When the build is paid up front, there is no minimum monthly term or exit fee. If you spread the build cost, the agreed term still applies and the remaining payments are owed.

Nothing here is built on a page builder or a proprietary CMS you would have to escape from later.

05 — Website and Ada plan questions

The ones people actually ask.

Why is this so much less than other agencies?
Because there is no account layer. You work with the people building the thing, the studio is small, and the monthly fee makes the up-front number smaller rather than the total larger. If a project genuinely needs more than these plans cover, we quote it instead of pretending it fits.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
The build is yours — code, content, and keys — and we hand it over. What stops is hosting, updates, support, and any Ada usage on our account. You can host it yourself or move it to another developer. There is no exit fee and no minimum term on the up-front path. If you financed the build instead, the twelve-month term is the trade for not paying the build fee at the start, and the remaining months are still owed — after that it goes month-to-month like everyone else.
What exactly do I own?
The full source code, the design files, the content, and the domain and accounts. Everything is deployed from a repository you can be given at any time. Nothing is built on a proprietary platform you cannot leave.
Is the website monthly fee required?
Yes, while we host and support the site — it is what pays for hosting, updates, monitoring, and small changes. If you would rather take the code and run it yourself after launch, tell us up front and we will price that as a one-time build.
What do you need from me, and when?
Copy and images for each page, your logo and brand assets if you have them, and one person who can approve decisions. The timeline starts when that content is in hand, not when the invoice is paid — content is the thing that actually holds projects up.
Can I start with a website and add Ada later?
Yes. Adding Ada later costs the same as the standalone Ada plan; there is no penalty for not bundling on day one.
