See what is costing your website trust, speed, and visibility.

Send one URL. Within two business days, receive five prioritized findings with annotated screenshots and a practical next-step plan.

  • 4 live sites we built
  • transparent pricing
  • you own the code

Read by a person, not generated by a scanner. See North County work to see the standard the findings are measured against.

Request your audit

Three fields. The fourth is optional and genuinely helps.

Where the audit gets sent.

One URL is enough — we crawl the rest ourselves.

We use your name, email and URL only to run and send this audit. No newsletter, no reselling, no sharing with anyone else. Ask us to delete it at any time — see the privacy policy. Expect a reply within two business days.

02 — What you receive

Five findings, ranked by what they cost you.

  1. 01

    Five prioritized findings

Ordered by what costs you the most, not by what is easiest to say. Each one names the page, the problem, and the fix.

  2. 02

    Annotated screenshots

Your actual pages with the problem circled, at phone width and desktop width, so you can see what a visitor sees.

  3. 03

    Speed and stability numbers

Mobile Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals for your top pages, with the specific asset or script responsible for each slow number.

  4. 04

    Search and AI-answer readiness

Whether your titles, headings, schema, and business details let Google, Maps, and AI assistants understand and cite you.

  5. 05

A next-step plan you can act on

What to fix first, what can wait, and roughly what each one takes. Useful whether we do the work, your developer does, or nobody does.

03 — The format

This is the shape of the report.

An example, filled in with a fictional business so you can see the structure before you ask for one. Real audits name your pages and carry screenshots of them.

Website audit — example format

Reviewed on a Pixel 8 profile and a 1440px desktop · 5 findings

  1. Highest cost

The phone number is an image on mobile

Tapping it does nothing. Every mobile visitor who wants to call has to retype 10 digits.

FixMake it a tel: link. One line of markup.

  2. High

Largest Contentful Paint is 6.1s on 4G

A 3.4 MB uncompressed hero photograph is loaded before anything else renders.

FixServe it as AVIF at the size it displays. Expect roughly 5s back.

  3. Medium

No service area anywhere in the markup

Nothing tells Google or an AI assistant which towns you cover, so neither can answer a nearby query with your name.

FixState the towns in copy and in LocalBusiness schema.

  4. Medium

Body text sits at 3.1:1 contrast

Grey on light grey. Fails the 4.5:1 minimum, and it is the first thing older customers notice.

FixDarken one token. Affects the whole site at once.

  5. Worth doing

The contact form asks for a budget range

It is the field people abandon on. It is also the one you can ask about on the phone.

FixRemove it, or make it optional.

04 — Who performs it

A person reads your site.

Larkin Kenney, who founded the studio, runs the audit himself and signs it. The measurement tools are the standard ones — Lighthouse, axe, Search Console data where you have it — but the judgement about which five things matter is his, and he will tell you when the honest answer is that your site is fine.

That is also the limit of it. This is one careful pass over five pages, not a conformance audit and not a guarantee. What it is good at is telling you where the money is leaking.

More about who is behind this

05 — Included

  • A human review of your home page and up to four key pages
  • Mobile and desktop performance measurement
  • Keyboard and contrast accessibility spot-checks
  • Metadata, headings, schema, and Google Business Profile review
  • A written summary you can forward to anyone

Not included

  • A full WCAG conformance audit or legal accessibility certification
  • Penetration testing or security review
  • Keyword research, competitor reports, or a content calendar
  • Any changes to your site — we do not touch it, we only read it
  • A sales call you have to sit through to get the findings

06 — Send it over

One URL is all we need.

Response
Within two business days, by email. If it will take longer, you will hear that instead of silence.
Your data
Name, email, and URL, used to run and send the audit. Nothing else, nobody else. Privacy policy.
Prefer to talk first
Book a 30-minute call — optional, and never a condition of getting the audit.
Not the right fit
We will say so plainly and point you somewhere better.

07 — Questions

Before you send it.

Is it actually free, and what is the catch?
It is free and there is no obligation. The catch, if you want to call it one: we only take on work we can do well, and reading your site is how we find out whether that is the case. Plenty of audits end with us telling someone their site is fine.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. The audit arrives by email and stands on its own. If you want to talk it through, there is a link to book 30 minutes, but nothing is withheld until you do.
How is this different from a free automated scan?
Automated tools produce a list of everything technically imperfect. This is a person deciding which five of those things are costing you customers, and saying so in plain language. We use the automated numbers as evidence, not as the report.
Will you contact me repeatedly afterwards?
We send the audit and one follow-up. That is it. No newsletter, no sequence, and your details are never shared or sold.
What if my site is brand new, or I do not have one?
Then an audit is the wrong tool and we will say so rather than manufacture findings. Send us the URL anyway, or use the contact form and tell us what you are starting from.
