- How accurate is Ada?
- Ada answers from the content you give it, which keeps it accurate on the things your business actually knows — hours, prices, policies, services. It is not perfect and we do not claim it is. When a question falls outside its content, it says it is not sure and offers to hand off to a person rather than improvising an answer.
- What happens when Ada is wrong?
- You will see it, because you get a transcript of every conversation. Tell us, and we tune the grounding content or the guardrails — that tuning is included in the monthly fee. An answer Ada is not confident about ends in a handoff, not a guess.
- What does Ada log?
