Make your business understandable to Google, maps, and AI answers.
Carlsbad Web & AI makes small businesses in Carlsbad, Oceanside, Encinitas, and San Diego understandable to Google, maps, and AI answer engines. We fix the page structure, the schema, and the business profile so the right facts are easy to quote. Rankings and AI citations cannot be guaranteed by anyone.
- Carlsbad · Oceanside · Encinitas · San Diego
- We reply within two business days.
- You own the code
01 — Who this is for
Built for these people.
- Businesses that serve a place, not the whole internet
- Owners whose competitors keep showing up in the map pack instead of them
- Anyone who has asked an AI assistant about their own industry and gone unmentioned
- Multi-location or service-area businesses with messy listings
02 — What it sounds like
If you have said one of these, you are in the right place.
“We rank for our own name and nothing else.”
“Our hours are wrong on Google and I cannot remember which account controls it.”
“I asked ChatGPT to recommend someone in Carlsbad and it named three competitors.”
“The map pack shows businesses further away than we are.”
03 — What you end up with
The outcome.
Your facts — what you do, where, when, and for whom — are stated once, consistently, in a form Google, maps, and AI assistants can read and quote.
Live, inspectable build. Measured business outcome pending client approval.
What this is not
- Not a rankings guarantee. Nobody can promise a position in Google or a mention in ChatGPT.
- Not link buying, review gating, or fake listings. All three get businesses penalized.
- Not a monthly report nobody reads. The work is structural and you can inspect all of it.
- Not national SEO. This is for businesses with a real service area.
04 — What you get
Everything that ships.
01
A Google Business Profile filled out completely: categories, services, hours, photos, and Q&A
02
Consistent name, address, and phone details across the listings that matter
03
LocalBusiness and service schema on the pages that need it
04
A page for each real service and each real place you serve — no doorway pages
05
A direct answer at the top of key pages, so an assistant can quote one clean paragraph
06
A review request routine your team can actually keep up with
07
A written baseline of where you stand today, so later changes mean something
05 — Proof
Nothing here proves this one yet.
We have not published a case study for this service, so there is nothing here to show. Stretching an unrelated project to fill the space would tell you nothing about this work.
What we can show you is everything else the studio has built and shipped — live sites you can open, inspect, and judge on their own terms.
06 — How it runs
Four steps, in this order.
Step 01
Baseline
We record what Google, maps, and a few AI assistants say about you today, in writing. Without it you cannot tell later whether anything worked.
Step 02
Fix the facts
Profile, categories, hours, service area, and the name-address-phone details everywhere they are wrong, stale, or missing.
Step 03
Structure the site
One page per real service and place, a direct answer near the top of each, and schema that matches what the page actually says.
Step 04
Keep it current
Hours change, services change, and stale facts are what get you skipped. We keep the profile and the pages moving with the business.
07 — Scope and price
What it costs, and where it stops.
The structural work — schema, direct answers, service and area pages — ships with a build or a redesign at $449 plus $29 a month. Profile cleanup and ongoing listing maintenance are scoped after the baseline, so you know exactly what you are buying.
Anything outside that gets quoted in writing before we start, not discovered halfway through. Every plan and every number is published.
08 — Questions
Before you ask.
- How long before anything changes?
- Profile and listing fixes can show within days. Structural changes to a site are typically read and reflected over four to twelve weeks, and competitive terms take longer. Anyone promising you a date is guessing.
- What do you need from us?
- Accurate facts: services, service area, hours, licenses, and who you actually serve. Plus access to your Google Business Profile. Wrong information published confidently is the most expensive mistake in local search.
- Do we own the profile and the pages?
- Yes. The Google Business Profile stays in your account and we work inside it as a manager. The pages, the schema, and the content live in the codebase you already own.
- Is this a one-time fix?
- The structure is. The facts are not — hours, services, and staff change, and stale details are what push you down. Keeping the profile and pages current is part of the monthly, or you can run it yourself once it is set up.
